最近マイブームの塩釜シリーズ‼️
前回の牛肉に引き続き、今回は王道のタイ????鯛????TAI????‼️ 粗塩に卵白を混ぜて鯛を包むように塩を載せ、weberグリルで焼きます‼️
もちろん、自宅ではオーブンでも調理可能と思いますが、炭の遠赤効果は最強だと個人的には信じています！笑
塩釜の中で蒸し焼きにされた鯛の身は程よい塩加減で柔らかくて最高です‼️ ちなみに塩1kgに対し卵白2〜3個程度使用しました。
