今日は、約2年近くボディメイクコースに通われたお客様のラストレッスンでした。

引っ越しの関係で今日が最後のレッスンになり、青島店長がArt Bodyでプライベートレッスンをスタートしてから初めてのお客様でした✨

来店当初は、重度の喘息疾患であり、ご年齢も70代後半と体力面もかなり落ちている状態からのスタートで、青島さんはもちろん、お客様自身が強く喘息克服の目的を持ちながら毎週頑張ってきました
