ついこの間まで「お疲れ様でした！」と言っていましたが、「お疲れ様」だと、疲れていることが前提になっていて、なんだか気分も下がってしまう。代表 高橋のこの気づき＆発信をうけて、今社内では「お疲れ様」ではない言葉をどうしようか模索中です。

まだまだ口なれなくて、気を抜いていると「お疲れ様」といいそうになりますが、よくよく考えていると、今まで何も考えずにただ口にしていたことが、怖くも感じ始めました。
