Rear and side extension for @izeo_construction wrapped up this week.
Works included:
Demo of existing outbuilding/garage
Reduced dig and foundations (2.2m depth due to localised eucalyptus trees within the property).
Concreting and masonry up to DPC
Another site coming to an end this week.
4 new plots in the centre of bath completed for @izeo_construction.
Project all completed on time and in budget, looking forward to see this one when completed.
All works completed up to DPC including, piling
Things coming together at the Beaufort West project in Bath.
Steel in as per the engineers design and bending schedule, all signed off with building control and concreted along with up-stands as required.
