Today’s run - cruising along, zoning out… and then came the uphill. I can (mostly) hold my own on road uphill, but then we hit a trail and dirt and uphill. I felt it - getting dropped…

You can run all the miles you want, but if you aren’t recovering well and repairing the micro damage that is being done after every workout - you are not reaping the rewards of your labor. Why do that to yourself? Make the work count.
