口臭の原因は起きてすぐお腹空いた時に感じられる生理的なものや鼻,喉の病気からくるものや口が渇くと菌が繁殖しやすくなる,虫歯があったり歯磨きが上手くできてないなど。

おうちでできるケア
①下の表面につく舌苔(ぜったい)と呼ばれる汚れを取り除く
②濡らしたガーゼを指に巻きつけて表面を軽く拭き取る
③消化の良い食べ物をよく噛んで食べること
