Moodfood. Mich hats erwischt. Eine fette Erkältung hindert mich an meinem normalen Tagesablauf. Fitness und Laufen geht so natürlich auch nicht. Auch wenn es schwer fällt, bleibe ich heute also auf dem Sofa ???? Vorher gönne ich mir noch eine Leckerei ???
