Another day of competition and it was the turn of the ladies. A hard fought competition and the spectators enjoyed a battle royale!
It was great to make it into the stands before the chaperoning. A long day for everyone but a great result.

This week I played around with TrainingPeaks Virtual indoor cycling App and set up a test group ride.
To my surprise 31 riders turned up! It was a great ride with not issues so I will be setting up more soon.

Our first group ride on Trainingpeaks Virtual. It was easy to set up and join so happy with a turnout of 31 riders.
It was a test ride so I didn't advertise it just in case it went wrong!
It didn't and brought out my competitive side!
