Petite nouveauté plutôt estivale chez @pierrehermeofficial, un cheesecake que je ne connaissais pas. Un gâteau qui m'a bien plu ! Du goût franc entre la pistache et la griotte, un appareil à cheesecake aérien. C’est original et léger. J’adhère !
