昨日、今日、明日と3日間続く栄養省によるワークショップ。
途中、『Nutrition break』って書いてあるから、栄養省主催だしなんか健康そうなもの出るのかな？！野菜絞って作ったジュースとか豆で作ったケーキとか！！って思ってたら、安定のマヘウ(飲むヨーグルトみたいジュース)とココナッツクッキーだった。
これを1日2回。3日間で6回。辛い。
