先日の気持ちの良い朝、
お店のドアを開け放って
WSの準備の為に縦糸をせっせこ張っていたら
通りすがりのおじさんが
「ここはソーメンも作ってるだけ？」と
嬉しそうに声をかけてくれました。
ソーメンじゃねーしっなんて思いつつも
「高級そうめん、揖保乃糸です。」と返すと
聞き取れない甲州弁で何か言いながら
満足気に去って行かれました。
私の答えは正解だったのだろうか？笑
