カヌースプリントで東京オリンピックを目指して目下トレーニング中です。砂の上でのカヌーに合わせた動きをする事で細やかな連動性のある筋力が作れます！マシンで筋肉を鍛えるのと違い一つの運動で様々な筋肉を一気に鍛える事ができる砂の上のトレーニングです。
