コーヒー豆の水分計を購入しました。
生豆や焙煎豆に含まれる水分を計測する機械です。
これを持っているからといってコーヒーが美味しくなるわけではないんですが、
美味しいコーヒーを作るためには必要だと思ったので購入しました。
豆の水分を計測するだけなのに2桁万円もして、
国産で似たような機械が半額以下で販売されているにも関わらず、
この機械を買うなんてクレイジーだぜと思われるかもしれませんが、
この決断が後の特別なコーヒーに繋がると確信しています。
