ノリコのマドレーヌは素材の香りを最大限感じていただけるようなレシピと製法でお作りしています。
アーモンドは自家製のローマッセ（アーモンドと砂糖を細かくすりつぶしてペースト状にしたもの）とプラリネ（焙煎したアーモンドに砂糖を加えカラメルにし、ペースト状にしたもの）、バターは発酵バター100%でお作りしています。
