《啤酒雞翅》
材料：
兩節翅 10-12隻
蒜頭 4瓣
啤酒 330ml的鋁罐半瓶
冰糖 1T
醬油 80ml
作法：
????熱鍋入1T油，蒜片爆香，下雞翅稍微煎到兩面白
????冰糖、醬油下拌炒一下加入啤酒，煮至湯汁收乾完成。
