Trying something different tonight for dinner. When we have rice paper rolls I usually use barbecue chicken, char sui (BBQ pork) or duck. Tonight it was homemade pork larb with cucumber, carrot, capsicum, mint and basil rice paper rolls.

I bought some sweetcorn cobs as an accompaniment for a meal and ended up not using them. 2-3 weeks later and I thought I better cook them. The husks were dry and the kernels shrivelled but I have cooked them like this before and they were OK.
