Tasting @monsieur_claude’s @roundhillroastery Ethiopian Hunkute filter roast today, brewed through the @kalitausa Wave and using my newly inherited @hariouk gooseneck kettle. The citrus and blueberry notes came through purrfectly, especially as it cooled.
