おはようございます。5時台の公園はまだ歩けますね。

今年も折り返し。お店を始めてからお休みしていたパーソナルトレーニングも再開して、緩んだ身体を締め直そうと思っています。

久しぶりに眺めの良い場所でモーニングしようかな、それとも突然営業しようかな、とも思ったのですが昨晩気になる事が出来て今日も一人でコーヒーと向き合う一日になりそうです。
