This Extra Shot Coffee Base, Sugarfree Dark Chocolate Syrup, Caramel Swirl, Coffee Jelly, Whipped Cream and Hazelnut Chocolate Ice Blended (quite a mouthful!) was what our group concocted during the 15th anniversary celebration of @cbtlph here in Cebu.
