『光慶寺』???? 本日光慶寺さんで14時からシニアヨガを担当させて頂きました????
今回はシニアヨガ????????
地べたに座るのが辛い方はもちろん椅子で????大丈夫です
足の指や膝、肩など日頃から使う筋肉を意識してゆっくりゆっくり動かしました????大切なのは呼吸と背中。今日は呼吸と背中だけ意識してもらって60分しっかり動かしてもらいましたね☺️
