変顔「チビ」の相棒「千代」ちゃん。
近所から流れてきて、チビの餌場に居着いた女の子です。
車の音に必ず顔を見せ、軽快に近寄ってくるものの、人の足元をスルー。
元野良猫と思われる彼女は、飼い猫のチビより人見知り。
それでも、何度も会ううちにこっそりなら触れるくらいまでなりました。
チビ千代コンビは、飯舘村の犬猫を知る人の間ではちょっとした名物。
