初回は姿勢分析の結果を元に、普段の姿勢を修正して日常生活の中で意識して欲しいところをお伝えします(^^)こちらは骨盤底筋と腹横筋の連動させた呼吸について説明してます。ピラティスは呼吸がとっても大切です????♂️????♀️普段意識しない部分を意識して呼吸するだけでも、じんわり汗も出て来ます????来週からマシンを使ってたくさん動いて頂きたいと思います????✨
