ホーチミンのこと調べていたらなんともおしゃれパッケージのコーヒー屋さんがあって、これは興味津々と行く方におねがいして買ってきてもらった。
袋を開けると浅めのローストで結構酸味強め系かな、と思いきやすがすがしい、フレッシュフルーツみたいなさわやかさでとてもジューシー。冷めてもいつまでもおいしくて驚いた。
いい豆、いい技術。
日本から買ってきたお気に入りチョコとの相性ももちろんばっちりで朝ごはん代わりに食べたら素敵ペアリングにぱっちり目が覚めとてもよい朝でした。ともに日々なくなってゆくのがかなしい。
