こんばんは、7/9、月曜日。
大好きなお味噌汁。
毎朝食べたくなる。
得意料理は何かと聞かれたら、
お味噌汁って答えるくらい。好き。
(ほか不明なのもある)
朝に食べると、身体があたたまって、
一日の活力になる気がする。
皆さんの、好きなおみそ汁の具はなんですか？????♀️
あたしは薬味系を入れ込むのが大好き。

今回はSTAUBを使って。
お鍋によって、お味噌汁って、
味がすごく変わる。
お水もまろやかになったり、鋭さがでたり。
お野菜の甘みも変わる。
