昨日は近江八幡にある兄弟社高校にて
約60名の生徒様とヨガをさせて頂きました（！）
迫力ありましたー。

ここの先生がカーメルのお客様で
お声がけして頂きました。
.
この授業（？）の持つテーマが
『自分の内側と向き合う』だと先生がおっしゃってました。
登山をしたり、街を歩いたりしてこのテーマを実践されてきたそうです。
.
それも踏まえて今回は
ヨガポーズと呼吸と瞑想を一通り行いました。

最後に行う呼吸と瞑想をメインに考え、
多少疲れるように皆様には
がんばって動いて頂きました٩( ''
