下顎骨切りとは、上顎に対して下顎が前方に飛び出ている人、 いわゆる"反対咬合"や"あごのしゃくれ"に対して 行う手術です。 . 前から数えて4番目の歯を抜歯して スペースを作った後に、歯ごと下顎の骨を移動させます。 移動した骨は、医療用のワイヤーで固定します。 . 歯同士をワイヤーで固定して、骨が癒合（くっつくこと） してからワイヤーを外します。 歯も同時に診てゆく必要がありますので、 歯科医師と連携しながらの治療が非常に大切です。 当院は歯科を併設しているので万全の体制です。 . 左：術前 右：
