Happy Hump Day!! Got a tempo run today. 2.5 miles st 8 minutes per mile, after a 15 minute warm up. That was followed by a 10 minute cool down run, bringing the total to 5 miles. These tempo runs, at a shorter distance, are easier for me than intervals.
