We’re under attack from gorgeous Tuscan Red Onions from @brookfordfarm . Save those stalks! Wrap ‘em in damn paper towels in a plastic bag. Add them to any dish for an oniony bite. We may just make scallion pancakes out of ours... yummmm. Pancakes.
