A4ランクの国産和牛を具材に、寿司酢を薄めに合わせたご飯で握った握り飯。
周りには五色あられをまぶし、下には海苔を敷いて、上には大葉と選べるトッピングを乗せます。
選べるトッピングは、
○ウニ、イクラ、カニ味噌の中から2種類
○トマト、茄子の浅漬け、キウイの中からさらに1種類を選べます。
