三連休はマヤ先生主催のASAYAYoga高畠ヨガ合宿に祥子ちゃんと参加して来ました。ASAYAの練習生の皆さんもとても楽しい方々で、心身共にゆったりと充実した三日間でした。
最終日のマイソールでマヤ先生と共に練習する時間が少しあり、私達に伝えてくださる事はご自身が練習してるからこそ揺るぎないものなんだと感じ、感動で少し泣きそうになりました。（←興奮するタイプ）
またマヤ先生の下で練習する日を励みに、自分の練習を楽しんで行きたいと思っています。
