骨盤底筋を鍛えます。

●赤ちゃん→滑るときに声をかけて耳にも「快」の刺激を。
私は「たかいたかいたかーい」って言ってます。
●自分→太もも内側をギューっと寄せると、さらに骨盤底筋と内ももに効きますよ。
