Für das heutige Rezept hat Michèle ein paar Tränen verdrückt, es hat sich aber gelohnt! Das feine Zwiebelconfit ist eine super feine Apéro- oder Grillbeilage oder passt auch gut zu Fisch. Einmal zubereitet ist das Zwiebelconfit auch einige Tage haltbar.
