お休みの今日は身体と心のメンテナンス。パーソナルトレーニングで今の体と向き合って、お昼からはネイルチェンジへ。コーヒーを淹れる手元が綺麗だとドリップしていても気持ちがいいです。だから、心のメンテナンス。
