生産拠点は著名な中心部コート・デ・ブランに属するコミューン・シュイィ。
シャンパーニュの都エペルネから南東へ僅か7kmのコミューン・シュイィはシャルドネ・ブランは100%Cruでグラン・クリュの格付けがあります。
酸味のバランスが美しく飲み口も軽やかで、食べ物との相性も良好なシャンパーニュです。
オーナーさんのご自宅で手料理もご馳走になりました。
