自從高中知道紫外線是造成皮膚老化的主因之後，就開始對防曬十分著迷，不論春夏秋冬都有紫外線都要防曬
我自己最喜歡的防曬質地是日系品牌的那種「立可白式、液狀劑型 (Fluid sunscreen) 」，不太喜歡凝膠狀或是乳液狀的防曬，最害怕防曬黏膩和咬手。
