先日、愛知県田原市にある「田原市立田原福祉専門学校」様でシニアヨガの出張レッスンが開催されました。最高年齢89歳！の方も参加されたシニアヨガは椅子ヨガと共に年々レッスンの依頼も増えています。高齢者の方も十分安全に楽しめる趣味、
