After moving in, and spending some time with family, I finally got back to work... but looking over everything that needs to be done and ordered in, there is no way I’ll have new product ready for sale by August.
I’ll be opening shop later this week with
Pollo al horno with arroz mamposteao (yellow rice mixed with beans) from Bebo’s Cafe in San Juan, Puerto Rico. You can choose your own side dish such as arroz congri (rice with black beans), tostones (fried plantains), or amarillos (sweet plantains).
