其實..我已經休息一段時間沒運動(也不太能動.????
我只想好好救我的腰呀
(真的很挑戰我連坐著都不舒服⋯⋯

也許對某些人來說,沒運動心情會不好、開始焦慮、擔心身材走樣。但我覺得呀!
有運動就瘦,沒運動就胖
已經不是有沒有運動的關係,是自己嘴巴有問題????

沒運動還能維持,表示你才是在健康正常的軌道
這段時間,幾乎不看數字
畢竟身體處於發炎反應,指數都會起起伏伏⋯⋯
