20日間の厳しいステージを生き残った者のみが出走できるシャンゼリゼでの見事な勝利で、次の目標のヨーロッパ選手権のタイトル防衛に向けて弾みをつけました！

そして Dan Martin選手は全てのステージを通して、たくさんのチャレンジングなアタックを繰り出したことが評価され、敢闘賞を受賞。
表彰台にはあと一歩及びませんでしたが、全体8位という素晴らしい成績をおさめました。
