材料：
小顆山苦瓜 7-8顆 或中小型山苦瓜一條
牛番茄 一顆
蜂蜜 3T
梅粉 1T
作法：
????牛番茄切成條絲狀（籽不要）
????山苦瓜去頭尾蒂頭剖半去籽，燒一鍋滾水燙熟，撈起放入冰水中冰鎮
????冰鎮好的山苦瓜撈起和所有材料拌在一起
