ラベンダーをこの様にまとめて刈り取る為に、実は事前に大変な工程を経ています。
実際には、このラベンダー達が埋もれてしまうほどの背の高い雑草がこんもりと育っているのです。（2枚目、アネルズの背景に見える背の高いグリーンは雑草です。） まずはその雑草を刈り取ってようやくラベンダーを収穫出来るのです。
こちらでラベンダーを育て始めて13年。アネルズを筆頭に日々畑を守ってくださる方々がたくさんの汗を流してくださるお陰で毎年この素晴らしい香りを楽しめるのです。
