Acústic 2016, from the Montsant area in Catalunya. A coupage of 4 local grapes, fermented in oak barrels elaborated with traditional viticultural tecniques. Subtle aromas of pears and citrics, and a wonderfully balanced acidity. We love it! #cookandtaste
