今日は和をご紹介の日、、まずはあんフラワーあんクラフト認定講師講座。和菓子好きさん、餡好きさんに受講いただいています。
レッスン前半はあんペーストを2種使った「これ食べられるの？」とよく言われるケーキ。そして後半のあんクリームでのデコレーションには、土台にもたっぷりあんを使っています。
ずっしりと重みがあるので、試作しているときはよく朝食代わりにしていました????あんクリームはダレないのでどんな季節にも対応できる良い子ですよ。
