タイのラマ9世の葬儀の際に使用された霊柩車？船？にそっくりだ。

思ったとおり、これもタイと同様に王族が亡くなったときに使用されるもの。
ラオスを建国したシーサワーンウォン王の霊柩車として使用されたのだそうです。
