100家餐廳就有100種做叉燒的方法。這家比較偏向懷舊風,邊位微焦,叉燒表層帶有一絲脆感,甘甜的蜜汁包裹著肉質腍滑的半肥瘦豬肉,好很Juicy。
燒肉的肥膏油層不會過厚,油份矜持,而且調味輕盈,兩個字:清秀!
