ぬか漬け活用カラフル炒り豆腐 の作り方をご紹介します!!! ご飯のお供「ぬか漬け」を万能調味料に変身させ、豆腐と合わせて体づくりに必要なたんぱく質をしっかり摂れるレシピに仕上げました。切って炒るだけなので、忙しい日にもおすすめです。
調理時間 :約20分(豆腐の水切り時間除く) ????材料(2人分)
・木綿豆腐(水切り) 400g
