1976年生まれ。18歳で上京し「ウエスティンホテル東京」やフレンチレストランでの修行を経て、西麻布ダイニングバーの総料理長の後、自身の肉好きが高じて2011年ハンバーグ専門店「KITCHENTSUNAGU」をオープン。3年後の11月に二店舗目となる「GrilltheVond」を手がける。JSAソムリエの資格を持ち、都内店舗メニュー開発、フードイベントや他店とのジョイントにも積極的に活動中
