I won’t win any awards for my speed but this is my first ever 7 mile run! Never done more than a 10k before so I’m well chuffed and I didn’t stop! Next week I’m gonna aim for 8 miles! Thanks to @jimmyscribble for cycling alongside me ????. #running #fitsn
