０２．コーヒー豆の選別
豆の入った麻袋を丁寧に開封し、金属片や石などを取り除く金属探知機・選別機に通します。このとき、いびつな形をした豆や小石などの異物を除去。
さらに、ひとつひとつ丁寧にスタッフの目で確認し、通常はそのまま使用されることもある不良豆などを取り除きます。
機械と人の手で念入りにチェックし、合格となった上質な豆のみを使用することにこだわっております。 .
