1.) Drink YO water ! In general, we almost never drink enough water. So buy yourself a cute water bottle that you love and drink up.
2.) get outside , it’s not to hot/not to cold weather right now, so perfect time to spend some time outside.

Little reminder that your kids learn how to physically and mentally handle their feelings, by watching how you handle yours.
